Client Experience

Like any healthy relationship, we believe the key to the advisor/client bond is strong communication. Accordingly, we make it a priority to maintain consistent communication with our clients. Our approach can be described simply as: 18, 12, 4, 2. As a client of APT Asset Management, LLC, you can expect to have no fewer than 18 interactions with our firm each year. This includes:

  • 18—Total interactions with our firm annually
  • 12—Monthly e-mails highlighting the philosophy of our firm and pertinent economic/financial information
  • 4—Quarterly phone calls scheduled in advance to discuss anything that's on your mind
  • 2—Biannual meetings to review your specific situation

We've found that this level of communication creates a personalized client experience and supports our efforts to form solid relationships with our clients. Of course, there are also certain times in life that naturally lend themselves to communicating with us—buying or selling a business, an impending marriage (or divorce), an inheritance, retirement, the birth of a child or grandchild, etc. At these times, we would expect to at least speak with our clients and most likely get together to review their situation.
